Have not played this course for several years. Was not impressed then but is in better shape now and for $25 with cart it is a good value.

This is a difficult course for a first time player. There is very little description of the holes and due to the sloping of fairways toward the creek, you can lose balls even on what appears to be a great shot. The course appeared to be poorly managed. xeroxed scorecards, no sand in the containers to fill the divots, shabby and dirty golf carts. No marshalls to help speed up play. It felt like this course is on the brink of closing.

Main negative comment is the condition of the practice area. It is abysmal! The worst of any course I have ever been to. Don't they have any money to take care of it? Other negative is the greens are too firm.

Very challenging, especially if there is any wind. Shotmaking a must, or a big bag of balls. Good course to play.

Now that the grass is getting green, much more enjoyable. It was a windy day, but it was very interesting how the wind played the course, switching directions at different locations on the course. A function of hte course layout or just the weather? It made for an interessting round.

the fairway and greens conditions were marked down, because I played in the mud season in Colorado. The snow is gone, but the grass ain't rize. Meaing it was the cusp between winter and spring and the grass w3as still dormant.

A fun course to play, can be very challenging on the front nine and opens up on the back nine but still very challenging. Have recommended this course several times.

I have been a member for 4 years and never get tired of playing the course. It is hard but fair. It penalizes poor shots, especially if you are a slicer. The front 9 has a valley in the middle so any sliced shot is a lost ball. The second 9 has a carry over wet lands on every shot and all par 3s are basically island greens surrounded by water or wet lands. If you shoot a good score you will be a happy golfer

Really tough layout. Placement of shots a premium. Couple of easy holes (1,10,12) but probably the best 4 finishing holes in the state. # 15 par 5 with trouble on both sides, # 16 par 3 with trouble all around green, # 17 a par 4 - "Chan's Revenge" - Long Par 4 with an optically confusing approach shot, and # 18 - The longest 418 yard par 4 I have ever played.
